Sessions are structured on a monthly basis

Training continues consistently throughout the season to support long-term player development

During NPSL spring and fall seasons, the weekly schedule includes 3 on-field training sessions and 1 match analysis meeting (Mondays)

Outside of the NPSL spring and fall seasons, the weekly schedule consists of 4 on-field training sessions

Occasionally, practices may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, field availability, or other unexpected events). Families will be informed in advance whenever possible, and make-up practices will be scheduled.

(On Session 6 Some weekend practices could be done to finish this session early if it interferes with Hgh school pre season)
